14 When I click on the HELP link, nothing happens. What's going on?
When you click on the HELP link, the application opens a new browser window and displays help information relevant to the page you were on when you clicked HELP. If you don't see a new window open, it's possible that you've got "pop-ups" blocked. When you click the HELP link, you see your HOME page (e.g., the Agency Summary page), it means that no help text exists for the page you were on when you clicked the HELP link.
